I would like to share my experience of the first week of following a disciplined diet along with regular workout in the confines of my room. Earlier also I have followed a somewhat active lifestyle in whatever best way I could due to my hectic travel schedule either by running for 4-5 km three days a week or going to the gym for an hour 2-3 days in a week. What I could not follow was a strict diet which suited my body and my metabolism as during travel I felt helpless by not knowing what was good for me and when to eat what. With this routine I just managed to keep my weight and fitness where it was without any improvement.
I have tried various combinations in diet and fitness routine but nothing worked out due to my frequently changing daily routine. It’s been a week with “passion for Fitness” and my experience is that I have found something which I have always been looking for – An expert trainer and guide like Sushant to help me monitor what is good for my diet and the strict workouts in my own room even when I am travelling. The workouts do not require any gym or any equipment, just your own body weight. The workouts make me feel strong and lighter. My metabolism has improved though it has been just 07 days but I feel I can continue on this plan and it is sustainable for a longer period of time.
Overall I am quite confident that I will be able to achieve my target weight reduction with this routine and guidance in the next 4-5 months. I hope more people who want to win this war with their body weight and metabolism try this out and find out that this will surely work well for them.
