Exercises for that strong core

Strong core is an irreplaceable asset.    This exercise helps lower abdominal area & is a great workout for hip flexors as it helps in hip mobility & build overall core strength & stability. A variant of this is hanging leg raise

5) Burpees

   This is most rocking & tough exercise since it is a full body exercise & involves both strength & cardio. It helps in building balance & coordination. You can make it more exclusive by blending it with push ups.
