Is India’s Healthcare System Killing Its Own Cancer Innovations?
Abstract Modern oncology operates on a reactive, disease-centric model. While this framework excels at treating established pathology with standard therapies, it largely ignores the root molecular mechanisms that trigger cancer onset. By prioritizing late-stage interventions—like targeting gene expression products, proteins and trying to kill cancer cells, this approach yields a dismal 11% five-year progression-free survival…

What If DNA Isn’t Really in Charge? The Bioelectric Revolution Rewriting Biology
Abstract For decades, mainstream biology has operated under a prevailing assumption: that the body is essentially a machine of biochemical transactions, all directed toward anatomical outcomes. At the heart of this view sits the genome — thousands of genes arranged into DNA — which was believed to govern these reactions by serving as a master…

Gut Microbiome Testing in India needs Scientific Relevance not Marketing Theatrics
Abstract In 2017, the Indian healthcare sector stood on the brink of a revolution: integrating the gut microbiome into standard patient care. This breakthrough promised to close critical diagnostic gaps by combining nutrition with pharmacology to transform disease treatment. Nine years later, that promise remains unfulfilled. Despite a surge of VC-funded startups, gut microbiome testing…

A molecule that could disrupt thyroid function & reduce IQ of children
Abstract When it comes to health, never miss the beginning. While we have heard that all diseases begin in the gut, it is fascinating to learn that the salivary microbiome- the billion of microbes living inside our mouth is foundational to what happens inside the gut & the functions trillions of gut microbes perform which…
