10 Foods you Should Eliminate from your Diet

I am sure a lot of us have cravings for delicious food full consisting sugar or processed/fried foods. It is fine to have a cheat meal once a week to satisfy your taste buds. However, eating junk on a regular basis builds layers of fat on abs & other parts of body & leads to health problems such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease & cancer.  You should permanently exclude the following unhealthy foods from your diet:

1) Baked foods

Cakes, donuts, cookies are really delicious but they are full of sugar or rather I would say sugar bomb. Consumption of these junk foods specifically donuts will lead to intake of 300 to 500 calories with 35 to 50 gms of sugar. Similarly, cookies specifically those having layer of chocolate makes you consume 160 calories & 8 gms of sugar.  These all baked & processed foods will lead to weight gain & even impact your digestive system.

2)  Soy

Soy although is a healthy food to eat, consuming the same in excess has side effects specifically for men. Too much of soy negative impacts sperm count.

3) Bagels

   Bagels are very delicious & mouth watering. However, it comes with 400 calories & 70 gm of carbs & has high Glycemic index of 72 which is disastrous for our body.

4) Sugary cereal

   Most of breakfast cereals are laden with high quantity of sugar & are not gluten free which is harmful for stomach. You should prefer having an oatmeal or white oats which are healthy, rich in fibre & cholesterol free.

5) French fries

Potato fried into oil & trans fat is disaster recipe leading to potential heart diseases. Potatoes have high Glycemic index of 100 which increase insulin level & waistline too. As such potatoes is bad for health. French fries also have acrylamide, a potential source of cancer.

6) Microwave Popcorn

Popcorn is most famous snack for consumption specifically in movie theatres. However, it contains unhealthy fats, high sodium levels & in some cases contains carcinogens which is a potential source of cancer.

7) Diet soda

Artificial Sweeteners in diet soda is major source of health problems & weight gain. These sweeteners are more harmful than sugar & your body pumps out insulin to regular your sugar levels which becomes stored fat.

8) White bread

Most of us are not aware why people prefer brown & multi grain bread over white bread. White bread is a bad carb since when bread is made, vitamin B & fibre are stripped off. The residual is a processed by-product which increases insulin & leads to weight gain.

9) Whole milk

Although, lot of us do not prefer skimmed/less fat milk as it is considered to be diluted. However whole milk increases your LDL( bad cholesterol) & reduces HDL( good cholesterol). Its sugar are slow digesting which also upsets your stomach.

10) Fast food

 Foods such as burgers, pizzas & other junk stuff are most unhealthy. Around 64% of the calories comes from bad fat. A complete no to such fast food junk.
