Top fat burning exercises

Lot of my blog readers write to me & enquire about best exercise to burn /kill that extra bad fat. I am going to share some key exercises which shall help you burn that extra fat.

1)Puddling rope

This is considered to be the most dynamic full body workout. This exercise makes each arm work independently along with back chest, legs & core. It is also considered an awesome cardio workout. You can add difficulty level by alternating puddling rope & pushups. Ideally do 3 sets, 30 reps each.

2)Globlet Squat

This is best way to do squats. Front loading of weights enables you to keep your trunk upright. This takes stress off your spine & works your thighs more. This is more better exercise to perform when you are doing heavy weights fat loss module. Do 3 sets, 12 reps each with increasing weights

3) Kettlebell Swing

This helps you burn as much fat  as running does without impacting your joints. Besides it builds muscles & stimulates metabolism. More effective is alternate hand swing. Moving from hand to hand allows you to swing more continuously which is great for fat loss.

Loading one side of your body at a time works your core more. Do 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps each.

 

4)Walking Lunges

   This exercise has maximum fat loss stimulus. With increase range of motion, you can stimulate your hips & thighs better which boosts your metabolism.Do 8 to 10 minutes lunges after workout everyday if your objective is to burn fat

5) Box Thruster

   This exercise is a combination of squats & overhead press. It really works your entire body. Most of fitness aspirants does not use a correct technique. Above all it turns ugly if nd when you add high reps and short rest periods. The correct way is to use a bench which clears your squat portion with appropriate calorie burn. Do 3 sets, 10 to 12 reps each.
