EAT MORE TO BURN MORE- Effective way for Fat loss

We live in a world of technology which has reduced level of physical & manual activity. We have on demand platforms for everything right from travel, buying apparels to food. Sedentary lifestyle is now considered as the new addiction. Due to paucity of time, we prefer on-the-go consumption of processed food which impacts our health & nutrient intake. However, only a handful of people are aware of this. We are also surrounded by a lot of diet related myths, which gives us a very generic & standard information about fat loss.

Lot of fitness aspirants have been telling me that we have stopped consuming fat, but we are not able to lose fat from our body! The assumption that consuming less/no fat reduces content of fat in body is wrong & base less. If one does not consume fat, which is as important as carbs, the body will get signals & it will preserve the stored fats in the body as long as possible.

Besides, a lot of us think consuming less calories is the gateway for weight loss. Consuming less calories may shed weight for a short period but reduces body’s metabolism as well. As such it necessarily does not lead to weight loss on a long term basis. Calorie restriction is not sustainable for a long period of time & one shall resort to normal course/diet/ old habits sooner or later which will do more harm to their weight loss objective.

If one is following calorie deficit diet, the restriction should not exceed 10% of total calorie intake in a particular day. The idea is to have nutrient rich & healthy diet & follow a rigorous fat burn workout that improves the metabolism level. Composition of diet broken down into protein, carb & fats is another important point to be considered even when one is following a calorie deficit diet. The proportion should be optimum which give you right kind of strength ( through protein ) & right energy levels ( through carb & fats) which helps in carrying out daily activities.
